Bridge connection
Use this when the desktop bridge is offline, printers are not showing up, or remote access suddenly stopped working.
Common signals
- The bridge tray app says disconnected.
- Printers appear offline even though the local device is on.
- You can reach the printer locally but not through SoLoPrint.
Recommended workflow
- Confirm the bridge computer is powered on and still signed in to the correct SoLoPrint account.
- Open the bridge app and verify the printer still appears in discovery with the expected IP address.
- If the printer is missing, re-run the local discovery pass and confirm the printer and bridge are on the same network.
- Check whether the public status page shows any active incidents before rotating credentials or reinstalling the bridge.
- Export diagnostics from the bridge and attach them when escalating if the tunnel still will not reconnect.
Escalation threshold
Escalate after a fresh bridge restart and discovery pass still leave the printer offline for more than five minutes.
