Our Relationship with SoLoVision
SoLoPrint is operated by SoLoVision LLC. These product terms supplement the SoLoVision master terms and apply to the SoLoPrint web, Android, desktop, Bridge, API, and support experiences.
Using SoLoPrint
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use SoLoPrint only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for activity performed by members, devices, integrations, and API keys within your organization.
Printer and workshop safety
3D printers include heated, moving, and electrical components. Remote controls, automation, camera views, material estimates, and slicer checks assist the operator but do not replace supervision, maintenance, manufacturer guidance, or appropriate fire and workplace safety practices. You are responsible for verifying the printer, material, model, generated toolpath, and work area before starting a job.
Your content
You retain ownership of files and content you submit. You grant SoLoVision LLC the limited permission needed to store, convert, slice, transmit, display, and process that content to provide SoLoPrint. You must have the rights required to upload and manufacture the content you use.
Acceptable use
Do not use SoLoPrint to access another organization's systems, distribute malware or destructive machine instructions, bypass security controls, interfere with the service, or manufacture prohibited items. Do not expose printer credentials, Bridge tokens, or privileged API keys to unauthorized people.
Availability and changes
Features can depend on printer firmware, local networks, Bridge availability, third-party services, and compatible slicer profiles. We may update the service to improve security, reliability, compatibility, or compliance. Beta or preview capabilities may change and should not be treated as guaranteed production behavior.
